If you have years of experience in programming or development and a passion for teaching, we’d love to have you join our team. Our instructors also need to demonstrate the ability to break down complex topics into manageable chunks and convey the material in an accessible manner. You’ll need to be comfortable with both written and spoken communication, and display a willingness to continuously update your skills.
In order to become an instructor at our institute, you must first apply and submit your resume for review. We will then review your qualifications, experience, and teaching style to determine whether you qualify for an instructor role. If you are approved, we will issue a contract and you may begin teaching.
All of our instructors must attend a mandatory training session to familiarize themselves with our institute’s policies, procedures, and expectations. This includes topics such as teaching techniques, online course delivery systems, as well as our company’s rules and regulations.
We have a team of experienced instructors and technical staff available to provide you with guidance and assistance when creating and delivering your courses. We are also committed to helping our instructors stay up-to-date on the latest software development advances and technologies.
